Learn to row Camps  

Time: 8:30 to 11:30am

  • Session 1 Beginner - June 11 - 15
  • Session 2  Beginner - June 18 – June 22
  • Session 3  Beginner – June 25 – 29
  • Session 4  Beginner - July 30 – Aug 3
  • Session 5  Beginner - Aug 6 - 10

Intermediate/conditioning Camps

For athletes who have attended at least one session of summer camp or middle school
This camp will have a conditioning component to it, at least one hour per day will be focused on athletic conditioning used in rowing.

Time: 10:00 to 1:30pm

  • Session 1A Int/Conditioning Camp –June 18 - 22
  • Session 2A Int/Conditioning Camp - June 25 - 29
  • Session 3A Int/Conditioning Camp - Aug  6 -10

Conditioning Camp 

For any athletes “highly recommended for incoming competitive rowers”

This camp will spend all it’s time on conditioning,

  • learning proper Weight lifting
  • Abdominal Exercises
  • Plyometrics
  • Rowing on the Ergometers
  • All around conditioning

Conditioning Camp – 2 weeks
Mon through Thursday 4pm to 5:30pm

  • August 20 – 23 & August 27 – 30

Camps for Current Athletes on the Competitive team

Daily training for 5 weeks for all invited athletes
Learn to train and excel  for Experienced Rowers , Price to be determined -
5 week camp – July 25th to August 4th – Mornings (time to be determined)  M – Sat, Includes rowing in smaller boats (4+’s & sculling & some 8+’s)
The coaches are still working out details for traveling to Canadian Henley then that option will remain open to the coaches and athletes.  Cost of trip last year just to Canadian Henley: $ , Not all athletes attending camp will compete at Canadian Henley.
