    Men’s Novice Assistant Coach 

     

    Dave started coaching for the Strokes fall of 2007 as the novice assistant. Dave rowed for the Oakland Strokes for three years, taking silver and bronze at junior nationals in the varsity 8. Then went on to row for the University of Washington in Seattle and placed 5th at the IRA in the straight 4. An injury ended his rowing career in 2001. After Rowing, competed on the UW loger sports team and later recieved lifeguard, NAUI Scuba, and US Rowing level 3 coaching certification.
